Shipping Information

Ship the equipment with any carrier you prefer. Include a filled out a repair form. Be sure to send with sufficient packaging (no air pillows). Local drop off is optional. Return shipping varies due to location, dimensions, and weight. Reqiring a signature is optional. We only add a minimal packaging fee.

How to Ship Your Bose Radio

Please follow these instructions and ship your radio to the address below:

1. Verify that your radio is listed in the models we support.
2. Click "I'm ready to repair!" to print a Bose Radio Repair Form online or you can just touch the print repair form button in the top right of the screen.
3. Fill out the form and send the radio and form to:

4. NOTE: We do not repair the 3-CD Changer accessory due to unavailability of replacement parts.
